Hi! I’m Sehrish Sarwar, a certified Level 5 Life Coach, Hypnotherapist and passionate mental health advocate. I am dedicated to help people transform their lives from within. My passion lies in guiding you through your journey of personal growth, healing, and self-empowerment with warmth and compassion. Through my years of working in the mental health field, I’ve discovered the incredible, untapped potential that lies within the human mind. Our brains hold infinite power, and when we can tap into that power, we can take control of our lives. While working in a psychiatric hospital, I witnessed how many mental health challenges are rooted in unprocessed, suppressed emotions. Unfortunately, I also saw how medication is often used to numb those emotions rather than helping people address them.​ This experience sparked a realization: what if there was a way to process those emotions in a healthy, empowering way? What if we could help the mind heal itself? That’s when I found the answer in hypnotherapy—an incredible tool that helps reprogram the mind and release those deeply held emotions. Hypnosis, along with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), allows us to shift how we think and how we communicate with ourselves. NLP taps into the power of language—the very foundation of how our brains understand and interpret the world—giving us the ability to reshape our thoughts and actions.​ I’ve seen how transformative these tools can be in helping people overcome anxiety, low self-esteem, and even deep-seated trauma.
